However, organizational stability was a consistent challenge. Frequent leadership turnover resulted in shifting priorities and uncertainty around role scope, which made long-term planning and execution difficult. More consistent direction and clearer strategic alignment would significantly improve the employee experience and effectiveness of the teams.
