Cons
1. They make a habit of laying off staff in Q3 & Q4 to meet financial goals and stakeholder expectations, and then, the following Q1 & Q2, they hire again quickly. 2. As a healthcare company who say they value their employees, the benefit options and the perks aren’t there. 3. Internal promotions are often met with resistance from direct management staff.
