Pros
The training is thorough and it's nice to work from home.
Cons
You aren't really told what you're getting yourself into when you're hired or in training...once you pass your assessment after training and you're released to production, the expectations are set unreasonably high. Managers are bullies and use fear tactics as control. Metrics must be met "or else". It's incredibly stressful. There is software you have to download that tracks your keystrokes and mouse clicks--you'll register as "idle" after one minute without clicking your mouse or using your keyboard. Honestly, this job made me question whether not I even wanted to be a coder anymore. It felt really oppressive and I'm glad to be out.
