Pros
Everyone here, from the bottom level to the very top, is so friendly and welcoming. They truly encompass a team atmosphere and make every step of the journey a positive and supportive one. Everyone has a common goal to strive to grow every single day, and that's so important for a successful business, as well as successful individuals.
Cons
The hours are long and you are busy almost the entire time, BUT it doesn't feel like work if you enjoy it and are always working to be better than you were the day before.
