Pros
I worked at Opus Consulting when they first opened up and I came from a receptionist position where I was making minimum wage. I was offered paid training and then a base and then I made over $500 in one day in commission and I switched to commission. I really liked it and I went pretty far and got a lot of management experience that I used to get my next job since I relocated to move closer to my family outside of PA. I owe a lot to my sales experience and HR experience that I received and pretty much was able to move to a better job.
Cons
I think they are pretty picky on who they decide to hire and you have to fit into the team environment so if you don't have what they are looking for they won't hire you. That especially means the way you dress so if you're trying to get the job they won't hire someone if they aren't looking professional and dressed to the nines.
