Pros
Very positive atmosphere, great work ethic from individuals, a good support system. By the end of my time here, I felt like many of my coworkers were also my close friends, including my boss. I was given the opportunity to travel to other branches of the company and meet a bunch of new people and it was really awesome.
Cons
It's a door-to-door marketing job, 6 days a week, from 11 am (latest) to 8 or 9 pm. They danced around answering this question during the interview, and played the job up to more than it was. Long hours, exhausting work walking all day, NO BASE SALARY. This job is completely commission based, so there are days you will walk away with nothing. While the support can be good sometimes, if you don't make a sale it's never just 'bad luck', it's always your fault and you did something wrong. And you're not allowed to be upset about working hard and not making any money. Also, you have to provide your own transportation (as well as transport for your coworkers) using your own car and gas money with no reimbursement to the field to do your job. They say it's never more than 30 mins drive, but it can take longer than that with dropping multiple people off. Also, no real health insurance.
