I've been looking for an opportunity that isn't going to hold me back just because of how young I am and I am now getting the ability of dependant on how hard I work the now resources I am able to attain. The managers are really awesome and really are looking towards my best interest in making me a better person/manager. Lots of travel opportunities, great motivated people looking to not be average.

Cons

It's a sales and marketing position so definitely having a good attitude and not being negative about the process will be a big aspect that will help someone be successful
