Pros

- The office energy is positive and uplifting. You spend time each morning going over product knowledge and skill-building with a mentor and your peers. - Leadership is easy to get in touch with over the phone when you're at a job-site. - This job will build up your confidence in talking with people and your resilience when it comes to rejection. - This company is very professional.

Cons

- Training is not paid. - The job requires a lot of driving, and you do not get mileage reimbursement. - Some of your days will be split, where you're expected to be at the office in the early morning but you're not scheduled to go to your assigned job site until later in the afternoon. In other words, there's a gap in your day and going back home is likely not ideal especially if you live far from the office/job site. - You technically can take breaks but how it's understood in the office is you will likely lose out on money since you're missing the chance to talk with more people. - The job consists of pitching/selling AT&T phone plans to Costco members. That is it. That's the job even as you climb up in the company. - This job is commission-only at the end of the day (this job is only worth it if you're willing to work hard to make commission).
