Pros
Great benefits (health/vision/dental insurance at a very affordable rate with good deductibles & minimal out of pocket expenses), ESPP program, 6% matched retirement contribution, etc. Reimbursement for permanent remote worker home internet.
Cons
Upper management constantly boasts about profit margins and push "goals" and "learning' to employees, yet refuse to give raises. Employees are required to use 4 days of PTO between Christmas and New Years. Constant assessment of software licenses and contractors to reduce expenses. Teams are short staffed but not allowed to hire.
