Pros
They've got newer technology that's pretty good.
Cons
The hardware is cheaply built in China, and they tend to place new equipment in the field with flaws. They try to run field operations without sufficient spares, making it a challenge to have parts in a timely manner. They also tend to run too lean on manpower, and there's never much in the way of raises. Oracle is attempting to lean towards Customer Replaceable Parts, meaning they don't want to have field engineers in the field (they want customers replacing failed components).
