Pros
1. The work culture is centered on openness and friendliness. 2. Voicing of opinions and consideration of such opinions is a given. 3. Employee engagement is given high importance. 4. Less bureaucratic as compared to the parent company (Oracle). 5. Recognition is promoted as being a way of life here.
Cons
1. All major decisions concerning compensation and promotion should be run by the Top Management honchos. 2. There are instances where there is definite siding with 'indispensable' resources even when they are out of line. 3. The Consulting/Implementation part of the organization does have the 'unofficial' concept of 'bench'. 4. The divide between the Development/Engineering part of the organization and the Consulting/Implementation part of the organization is quite pronounced. 5. The Support teams are at times very unresponsive, which impedes timelines for the resources in Development/Engineering and Consulting/Implementation.
