High base pay if internal hire. Flexible work environment.
Cons
Unrealistic quotas and you’re fired if you don’t hit it. Seen it many times. You’re just a number in a board. They tend to saturate territories then trim the fat (people who aren’t performing). Even if you do have a few good deals, if you don’t kid a** to management they will fire you for not being a top performer. Not a great way to run a sales org. Only 20% or less of people hit quota.
