Pros
I used to work for a very large, Fortune-500 corporation where it was easy to get lost in the shuffle among the tens of thousands of employees. At Orange, every employee counts and it feels like a big family. Orange has shown me that they care not only about the physicians and patients they serve, but also about their employees. I have been with the company for quite some time now and have watched it grow from 5 employees to over 40! I take great pride in working somewhere that also does good for the community. Above all, at the Fortune 500 company, I was severely underpaid and overworked (often working an average of 75 hours+ a week without the compensation to show for it). Never have I seen a company of this caliber operate with standard business hours and offer such a generous salary (and bonus!), allowing me to have an outstanding work/life balance.
Cons
Working at Orange isn't for everyone. It's a very fast-paced environment so each employee has to have an entrepreneurial mentality and appreciate being busy during the day.
