- Salaries were frozen in 2020 during the pandemic and have not been keeping up with the industry since then. Meanwhile they boast record profits while their employees struggle with horrendous pay. - The company has experienced massive staff turnover over the last 2 years and a lot of positions have not been replaced so you're often expected to take on multiple roles at once.
