-Laid back & work at own pace -Free beverage & snacks on job -Attempts to train new employees -Can gain entry via temp services

-Absolute lack of communication & feedback -Not enough work to keep busy -Training is poor given actual work on a project -Management's attitude towards employees can reverse as soon as you are not needed -Temp services utilized have questionable integrity
