Great team to work with but executives make it hard for you to like your job or the work you are doing. I completely agree with all the negative reviews that were given by other people. This is not a place where you can work for long term. By long term, I mean not more than 3 to 4 months. There are few people in the company who have been there for ever, they are real exceptions. If you are planning on taking a job at Orbis, I would suggest you ignore those 3-4 people and really consider the reviews for this place. I had to go through a lot and at one point you start thinking do you even want to work for someone who constantly is abusive about what ever you do and doesn't even think twice to insult you but if something is done exactly to his expectations(which is something you have to guess all the time), he doesn't even take time to appreciate and encourage you. Spare yourself the pain and depression. I see the "Honest Opinion" review and to be really honest, I think that person is either relatively new to the company or is obligated to write positive review. I do not want to comment on someone else but that review is definitely not HONEST and definitely not something that you should go by. The comparison of CEO to an abusive spouse cannot be more accurate. When other people mentioned Senior Management being the problem, I am sure they mean the CEO more than anyone. He doesn't think anyone is smart enough for him and so all you get is an abusive spouse. Nothing you do will change that. I don't think he ever had a proper conversation, it always agonizing with just yelling, screaming and anger...I actually feel sorry for the senior management who work with him directly everyday. The pressure and abusiveness is 10 times more for them.
