Pros
From the senior level developers down, full of great, fun, and really smart people. Outlined tier structure gives you something to work towards as an employee (more for juniors than for seniors, though)
Cons
Recent focus on cost-cutting to the detriment of employees (benefits reduced) Rigid work schedule in a field that's known for openness Expectations to work overtime with little to no incentive Confusing direction - From meeting to meeting, the direction given to a PM (and subsequently, the team) frequently changes, making for a hard development path. No true HR department, there is no one the employees feel safe talking to. The COO does not count as "HR". Overall air of arrogance coming from the top
