There are a lot of talented people you can learn a lot from in this company. They are flexible with time off and work from home time.
Cons
The organization is very flat, there are very few opportunities for promotion and growth. You must be part of the "in" crowd to get promoted, if you don't hang out with the right people you can be overlooked.
