Excellent place to work with a lot of smart people. The environment is conducive to working in teams, and a lot of opportunity to explore various career paths. You have to be committed to trying different areas to do so however, if you stay stagnant you may get bored very quickly.
Cons
Lack of consistent access to senior executives.
