      - Always trying to be at the cutting edge, experimenting with new technologies - Lots of smart people that are always willing to help and share - You are allowed to take risks and try new things, even if you sometimes fail, as long as you learn something - Great work/life balance

      Cons

      - Can be hectic sometimes, not for people who like to take it easy - Benefits could be better
