Pros
The people you will work with are amazing. Very good people with a lot of talent who want to do things right and are willing to do whats necessary.
Cons
Upper management does not have a clue how to do anything. Constant restructuring, non-competitive salaries, loss of talent because they just don't care are just a few of their short comings. Combine that with straight out lies from an incompetent HR team it can be challenging to stay motivated.
