Pros
Orchard has a very friendly and inclusive work environment. They've handled the transition to remote working very well, and are extremely flexible in helping employees find a balance that works for them. Departments seem to work well together and often do things outside of the workplace. Upper management has been very good about getting us the resources we need/ ask for.
Cons
There aren't as many people in the office now that some people work remotely, which can take away from the camaraderie of a workplace. However, that is changing over time as people come in on a more regular basis.
