Pros
Scheduling is nice for APPs. There is a new APP union that is currently negotiating a collective bargaining agreement.
Cons
I would avoid working here for at least the next few years. There's an ongoing merger with Legacy Health. Additionally, they are considering laying off over 500 employees due to "costs outpacing revenue" despite the 1.2 billion dollars in profits reported last year. They also have a documented history of sexual discrimination, harassment and retaliation within the organization that has recently come to light despite the institution attempting to cover it up. They also pay the nurses more than APPs after the nurses negotiated a new contract this past fiscal year.
