Pros
Great place to work. The manufacturing team is fantastic, as are the other teams within the company. The managers really care about the people who work under them and it really feels like a home away from home.
Cons
It’s hard work, but it there are not many cons I can think of. As long as you follow the SOPs and follow regulation, it’s a great company to grow with.
