      Good coffee, and sometimes snacks available.

      Cons

      The company only cares about how much money they can make and not actually about the well-being of their employees. They expect you to give them 110% but don’t give anything back to the ones that are doing the hard day to day work. They spend more money on their national sales meeting than they do on giving Christmas presents to their employees.

      Lack of transparency from senior leadership, unannounced product price increase, lack of corporate assistance despite multiple departments and Cross Collaboration. Changing comp plans.
