-Poor and non existent leadership -Promotion opportunities limit employees to a salary cap where outside applicants, unfamiliar with systems and processes that require an onboarding period can enter $30k higher when applying with the availability to negotiate. -Unbearable workload -Work life balance does not exist -Salaries are dismal due to lack of funds but plenty of budget for unnecessary team meetings to fly people across the world
