Organon has a great mission to focus on improving women's health globally. The mission is in the company's DNA and is the backbone of the culture.
Cons
Because Organon is a fairly new stand-alone company, leadership is still figuring out to be the company they want to be. Constant changes to policies and procedures, unclear direction and conflicting business initiatives and goals. In some areas of the company, the environment is very toxic and a dog-eat-dog approach.
