People are paid well and one of the few companies that still have a pension

Trending back to the old ways. Definitely a “good ole boys club”. Stock is terrible, most of us got it at $34 a share, it hit rock bottom at $10 and now is creeping back to low $20. Zero gain in 3 years while the rest of the market is doing amazing. Removed 3 Women SVP’s in less than 6 months, all replaced with men! HR team is the worst I have ever worked with. Don't live by company values.
