My experience at Orion Innovation was disappointing, especially during the final phase of my employment. Throughout my tenure, I consistently delivered my responsibilities, but recognition and appreciation for my work were lacking. After submitting my resignation, I provided feedback during the scheduled call, explaining that I had not received adequate appreciation for my contributions. Unfortunately, this feedback was communicated across teams both developers and HR which created an uncomfortable environment. Following that incident, the behavior towards me felt unprofessional and retaliatory, disregarding the years of effort and experience I had invested in the organization. The overall management approach was also not encouraging. There was a noticeable gap in transparent communication, employee support, and leadership maturity. I hope the organization takes constructive steps to improve employee relations, confidentiality, and professional conduct, ensuring a better experience for future employees.
