      If you are in a Good team you might get a good Exposure. Salary is always on time. Company is safe in terms of Job security.

      Cons

      Very low exposure & Learning. Working culture is not good (people are incompetent and Non-proffesional. You are supposed to be a Yes - Man to be a Manager. Low hikes.
