      Family environment, immediate benefits (upon hire), and an innovators mentality towards servicing clients & employees alike.

      Cons

      401k enrollment is immediate (upon hire); however matched contribution amounts are minimal (under 1k) and the period to become "vested" exceeds 3 years.
