Pros
Benefits are okay. Some of the people okay to work with. Pay to me is okay, but not great. I have good programming tools to use.
Cons
Ridgid environment where I am not allowed to grow or learn new technology. Poor managment that has no real corporate experience. My programming team suffers from lack of management and they work us like slaves because they hold my visa papers. I wish I did not work here , but have no other work to go to. I can not grow with company because stuck in position I have. not Seeing get better , very bad work environment.
