Pros
I am working in Orion business Innovation for almost 1.6years and below are the pros from my point of view 1. As a fresher this organization gave me a privilege to learn everything I wanted to learn and my seniors were kind enough to guide me with patience. 2. If you work hard you will be given equal chance as of the seniors who work here as a fresher that motivated me a lot to work even harder 3. Good working environment with a lounge which lets you work in a peaceful environment 4. Good package if you get placed through campus recruitment process 5. You can learn as much as you want
Cons
As every other organization Orion has some disadvantages too 1. Salary difference between freshers and experienced is too high and it is not even getting normalised during the appraisal 2. Work-life balance 3. Improper cab facilities
