Pros
There is a positive vibe in the company. All my team members and my manager were very supportive. A very good place to start your career, since you get to learn a lot without any pressure. Everyone is always ready to help you out. Since this is a mid-sized company you can interact with almost everyone.
Cons
Sometimes you might have to work a little over-time, but that was very very rare for me. Other than that I can't think of any other cons.
