Technical Growth (No one to guide but you can do what ever you want) Lots of Trainings (Though most of them are meaning less)
Cons
No work life balance - If you have caliber, you will get a weeks task on Monday and you need to give complete status on Tuesday Evening. Also, you need to wait for onsite manager's call (Around 8 PM IST) and then need to full fill his dreams before leaving for the day - Approx. 10-11 PM IST). All departments (HR, Managers) etc are there to get things done from you, but no one to help you when needed and no one can take any decision outside project other than Pradeep and Naren. The people who treat managers well will get hike where as people who does work will get more work
