Poor salary for a tech service company. Mental pressure to continue work-life imbalance as other employees. No effort or any plan for career growth. Dominated by an already setup employee niche. No protection from people shouting at new/young employees who aren't even upper management (not that any shouting should be acceptable). No other benefit other than salary.
