Pros
Once you are hired you will be having work always. There is nothing like sitting on bench. Process is good they used to follow agile and now devops. It is very good for freshers and people 8-10 years experience who wants to settle down. Job security is very good. Only if you are very poor in work then you need to leave. It is a good growing company and they are expanding. Management is also good. Developers are highly talented and it is not that much easy to get selected. For testing they have some kind automation as of now. Overall it is good one to spend 3-4 years of you want to switch. Else you can stay as long as you wish.
Cons
One need to work more since there will be weekend works. Even though there are compensatory offs which is valid for one year from date of credit. Work life balance is not that much good. Appraisal is done annually and it all depends on your hard work. But some times people who hard but don't get what they deserve and people who show off will get more which happens at many places. Notice period is three months.
