Pros
Offices are new, so they are nice to work in and that's about sums it up for the Pros.
Cons
NO USE WORKING HERE. No Structure, No Competency framework, No KPI will be defined, it's like village factory environment they ask you to do things that are not related to your job, if you don't do it they will just fire you on the spot with no notice period. Managers/Directors have 0 knowledge of team management skills, The don't take the time to know their team and their strengths and weaknesses. They know their names and their skills and don't know how to build a good relationship with the teams. No humane tendencies for any of the Managers working and not willing to learn and grow and they think they know everything. They expect people to change when they are not ready to change. The worst part is that the Management knows this, and they do nothing to change this or act on it. The Day the Mangement acts on this is the day the Org will grow, and the reviews will improve else expect more reviews like this often.
