Lack of communication Lack of structure on what is needed to grow No real sales in the US, everything sold for offshore They are a staffing company trying to do projects The CEO is a afraid of confrontation and doesn't hold leadership accountable for growth and hires his friends. They have no idea how to forecast growth or build a sales plan to grow/expand the client footprint. If you speak up you are not a team player. They want robots to do what they are told and don't disagree. The client list is minimal in the US. Basically they have 2 clients they get work from in the US.
