Pros
- You will grow professionally and improve in skill. Exposure to intelligent supervisors such as Jon and Clyde, who have a wealth of industry knowledge will point you towards the right direction, while leaving ample room for any questions and suggestions you might have. Through your various interactions with them, I believe their advice and directions will build you and or add to what you already know; at least, enough to rekindle or start the fire in you. - In hindsight, you'll also appreciate any extensions of patience, considering how mission critical their daily operations are. - The routines and habits you'll adapt to will demand work some level of discipline in order to increase productivity. This will positively impact your work ethic, which should not only make work eventually easier with time, but down the line as well; which was a decent end result for me. - There's enough room for improvement, so you'll easily feel like you're contributing to the company. You'll eventually find opportunities to make a difference while performing various tasks. - Considering other places I have worked in, everyone I know who's been there for a long while is relatively down to earth and straightforward. There's no reason not to be. Who knows? Your eventual experience may turn out even better than mine!
