Pros

Worked their for just over four years. Easy to work with and cool people.Also, a good talent pool. Good emphasis on team building with regular berbeque especialy in warmer months and many parties and outings. Despite occasional overtime when rolling out new builds or when putting out fires, pretty generous makeup time . The core product called Thinkhealth is solid and the company has been getting more and more customers and growing steadily over the years.Company has also been doing other products on other platforms. The company introduced a better management structure by hiring managers for the different departments and this made employeers more productive. multiple projects in different languages means exposure to multiple technologies..

Cons

While update process for core software is partialy automated, this need to get fully automated since number of customers is getting large. I would have preferred couches in the employee breakroom.

Pros

Very thankful for my job. There are so many families out there that are struggling to put food on the table and roof on their heads. It's been though and very stressful because of Covid-19 but the owners been constantly doing all the best they can and they care about the employees and shows. They're very approachable and listen to someone's needs.

Cons

Wearing mask and washing hands which I don't mind.

The team itself is skilled and supportive. Colleagues collaborate well and genuinely try to deliver quality work.

Cons

The CEO frequently blames employees for issues outside their control, which damages morale. While encouraging questions in theory, in practice he dismisses them as a “waste of time,” creating confusion and discouraging open communication. Employees are often pushed into tasks unrelated to their actual role (e.g., coding or IT development), making the job description misleading. Leadership lacks transparency and consistency, which erodes trust.
