Pros

If you like to work for bosses with no backbone.

Cons

They don't care about you and will lie to your face about anything. Bosses enjoy canceling your pto or vacation. Insurance won't do much about anything. If you need it, they will refuse to pay for it.

Pros

Good crew to work with. Have half the month off which is great.

Cons

Not so great hours working night shift with kids so that's no fun. I feel like I don't get enough time with them because of me sleeping or working.
