working around lots of metal chips, overall very clean facility but being in maintenance I'm constantly covered in chips which is fine I've definitely been covered in worse stuff.

Good crew to work with. Have half the month off which is great.

Cons

Not so great hours working night shift with kids so that's no fun. I feel like I don't get enough time with them because of me sleeping or working.
