      -Good Pay as a Pro -Local Management cares about its people - Benefits are Decent, PTO is good - Company Vehicle to do your job

      Cons

      - Management about the individual Branch level only sees ALL employees as numbers on a spreadsheet - Pay is low for the expected amount of hours and stress - no work /life balance, expected to miss life for work - toxic regional management

      Pros

      Company provided vehicle and phone. Support from management and encouragement to grow. Commission is solid, employee stock program, and commission from misc. sales.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tough depending on your route and how far from home the area you cover is. If you have long drives, it can take a toll on your back.
