      Get to meet wonderful people in the field

      Cons

      Micromanaged to the Extreme, Hurry up and take your time, unreachable sale goals they make you do or should I say threaten you with, then go behind your back meet with your customer and tell them you over charged them, pushing hard for on time service then have morning meets then ask later why you didn’t do the customers that were scheduled that morning, truly don’t care how many hours you work

      Scheduling can be tricky at times, can be stressful at times, some long work days, you get out what you put in

      Pros

      Company provided vehicle and phone. Support from management and encouragement to grow. Commission is solid, employee stock program, and commission from misc. sales.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tough depending on your route and how far from home the area you cover is. If you have long drives, it can take a toll on your back.
