1. They are a dishonest company. You are expected to push services on every customer every time even if they dont need them by creating a problem and urgency that isn't there.
2. You receive little to no training whatsoever. Pass your certification and figure the rest out on your own
3. Pay is commission only with gaps as long as months with low results out of your control.
4. Benefits are offered but unaffordable.
5. You have to pay monthly for your own uniform and it takes them months to get one for you, so for the first few months you are ruining your own clothes.
6. Management is clueless and tells you to follow the process without giving a clear understanding of what the process is.
