6yFirst, we regret that this was your experience with Orkin and the location leadership team. Orkin does not condone the behavior you describe and does pay commission accordingly. We sincerely hope you communicated your concerns to your manager and region leadership, as additional assignments with late notice should be infrequent and communicated accordingly. Never the less, as we communicate with all new team members, the service business can be especially demanding during certain times of year and Orkin offers a promise for same day/next day starts when our customers are in great need. With that, THANK YOU for your hard work and sacrifice serving those customers and we hope you have found a role that is a better fit with your family.
