Pros

Management is nice and does what it can to make our job better. That's still only worth so much doing what we do.

Cons

lack of care from company about COVID or other job hazards. We don't get proper PPE and work long hours in extreme temperatures. This position at Orkin is an entry level career with lots of hazards involved and high stress. I won't be doing it much longer
