      Sometimes pay, work truck, some freedom, definite 40 hours a week, fun training in the beginning

      Cons

      Fluctuating pay, bad management, overworked techs, unrealistic goals, terrible communication, not much for paid holidays and days off, clean shaven, strict rules.
