Pros

The best reason to work here are that TECHNICALLY they pay more than other pest control companies. You can make okay money working here if you’re willing to forgo good work life balance.

Cons

Bottom is pressured from Management which is pressured from regional. Management often micromanaged more and more each day. The company often reaps bonuses and profit, with the cost often held entirely on the bottom employees shoulders. They are cheap, cut benefits and pay. They pay more than average, but you’re also doing a lot more than average, so it sort of evens out. If you’re hurt, too bad. Use your vacation and they’ll happily collect on payroll while you can’t make ends meet in the hospital. The base pay is a joke. After taxes and benefits, I take home $600 a pay check, were I to get hurt. They don’t reward loyalty and inspire none. They will take production in scarce times, and demand everything during busy. They do not care about you if you’re on the low end of the company. The impression is given that they would (and have) furloughed employees to save money.

Pros

Opportunity to work for a well-established and respected industry leader with a strong reputation. Competitive pay with performance-based incentives and opportunities to increase earnings. Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to build valuable skills. Clear career advancement opportunities into leadership, management, or specialized roles. Excellent teamwork and support from experienced colleagues and managers.

Cons

Long hours and overtime may be required during peak pest control seasons. Daily exposure to pests, insects, rodents, and tight or uncomfortable spaces may not be suitable for everyone. Meeting sales or performance goals can be stressful, especially in customer-facing roles. Work schedules may include evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs.
